During a suspension period, all pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation.
j7774 may permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Where a j7774-initiated closure is not related to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure follows confirmed misconduct or breach of these Terms, j7774 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation or legal proceedings.
